ANIMALCONNECTION AND COMMUNICATION QUICK TIP

If you and your animals work with me, especially performance animals I'm sure you have heard me talk about using acknowledgment as an instant energy shifter.
I started making acknowledgment of an animals experience an important part of the conversations in all my sessions a few years back. It was after a very interesting conversation with a barrel racing horse and trainer. The two had been in a warm up pen and the horse was giving some clear signs saying I'm done and the trainer was not having that sass and pushed on. Many of us have been there. The horse hit the brake point, had a melt down, and thankfully no one was hurt. When I came in to chat with the horse about what was up her biggest issue was that she was very uncomfortable in the situation and felt the rider wasn't acknowledging that. #lightbulb

As I started to begin all my conversations with an acknowledgment of where the animals were coming from I would feel immediate shifts in the energy of the animal. This shift was positive, opening, and made him/her more receptive to any information or positive training technique that followed.
So how does this help you?

Think of acknowledgment as and in-the-moment tool you canuse to shift the energy of the experience you are having with your animal companion. If your companion is losing focus in a training session, paying too much attention to other animals, etc. You can stop address whats up and say. " I see your attentions is focused over there, but I need you for x amount of min." "I see that is upsetting you making you anxious, (more to come about fear and anxiousness next month) I need you to know we are ok and tell him or her where to put her focus. don't make this more complicated than it needs to be, just a simple acknowledgement of what you see happening from the animals perspective.

ANIMAL CONNECTION & COMMUNICATION QUICK TIP

I want to share with you about the importance of connecting and communicating with your animal companion on every level. This is a lesson my German Shepherd, Griffin taught me early on in my animal communication career. Before I started doing intuitive animal communication professionally, I had a business as a dog trainer. Before my first full on soul to soul exchange of information with Griffin (Shared in the first chapter of my book Beyond Companionship.) we were already deep in a connective and communicative relationship exchanging information on another level, human to dog.

While your dog, cat, horse, rat, bird, etc, has a soul and can connect, communicate and comprehend what you are saying on a deep soul level, s/he is still here to have an experience as a dog, cat, horse, rat, bird etc. As your companions custodian and caretaker during his or her time here it is important for you to maintain a healthy connection as human to horse, human to cat, etc, as well as the deeper soul to soul connection you get from working with an intuitive communicator like me.

How do you do this? Well if your getting my emails I'm going to assume we are connected you're well on your way soul to soul connection. As for the more 3D, real world human-animal companion connection you're likely already doing it by creating boundaries and connection via positive reinforcement training.

When working with clients I never negate the importance of connecting and communicating with your animal on instinctual human to animal level via positive reinforcement training.  Intuitive connection and communication is never a replacement for healthy boundaries, training and human to animal connection but rather and enhancement of its effectiveness that brings you in to deeper understanding and resonance with your animal(s).
